Some title companies file theirs and don't pull them out until 3 days b 4 closing and guess what? If there is an issue on it you probably are not going to close on time SO I REALLY RECOMMEND SUNBELT TITLE AT GATLIN BLVD AND SAVAGE. If you want to close on time and save some money too!
