- MMMichele MoroNov 1, 20251.0This staples has to be the worst ever. Do not return Amazon purchases unless you want to waste your day in line. There were oner 20 people in line today and one cashier. This is my 5 time I return my purchases and it's always the same. Today I called the manager and told him it was not acceptable to wait 20 to 30 minutes in line for returns. He told me they only have one computer and one employee working returns. I told him to buy another computer instead of waisting people's time. It's the same during the week. These people could care less about clients. No wonder their sales are down. Not a fan.
