The majority of people coming through here are customers for returns and other mail drop off. If you want me to consider spontaneously purchasing things here, then stop taking up all of my time waiting in a long line to drop off things. The employees at the desk are working fast, they just need more help, and since this has been going on for a while, it's clearly a management issue.
