I recently encountered what was, without exaggeration, the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any establishment. The staff member (whose name I did not obtain) was unhelpful and rude. Additionally, all pricing and service options have been updated, yet the posted signage remains inaccurate and misleading. I recommend avoiding this branch entirely, possibly all USPS locations.

Cannot handle questions, is short with answers, does not smile, and basically should not be dealing with customers at a busy post office. I have avoided this location but needed to be quick today. Things have NOT changed. Different lady- same angry attitude. Do better USPS.
