- RRrosie0042Dec 26, 20251.0They have me some song and dance to explain why their shipping fees are through the roof but It’s all BS so we wont be back . Same envelope down the road for $1.50 they wanted 17. 65. No- nothing extra . And the lady treated me like I’m the enemy.

There’s only standing room for about six people in the main office, they get mad and make you stand in the hot larger area when its full . There’s no virtual kiosk, and here’s also no drop bins for packages.

The customer service here is terrible, you can never get a direct answer or a smile for the matter. They rush you out especially when you have too many questions. They need to go back to customer service training.
