  Awesome 😎 staff I’ve been at this location for years, however I didn’t know Jason was no longer the owner. His staff has always been polite and several even know my name. I’m planning to renew my box in June, I really hope nothing changes and staff remain the same

  I recently visited the UPS Store on St. James Dr. to have a spiral bound book, a family heirloom of sorts, reproduced. I consider this store "my" UPS Store, as it is conveniently located near my home, so when I met the new owners - Joey & Kristin, I was delighted to learn that the store is in such capable and service-oriented hands. They were dedicated to making my UPS experience perfect in every way! From the new owners to each staff member I met, I was impressed with their commitment to great service. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgable, and clearly dedicated to serve their customers with integrity and efficiency. Definitely worthy of 5+ stars!

  Maybe it'S me, the same documents I received from a business in Stuart paid 1.70 now I sent back the same documents and was charged $6.00. Now I need to be aware of changes going on the postal world. And the employee could not give me an explanation only stated because they are not USPS.. Little sarcasm...

  I’m updating my previous review to take responsibility and correct the record. After following up, I learned my package was at the store—the issue was that it had been labeled “Home” instead of my name, so it wasn’t found when I initially came in. That confusion likely came from the merchant or my own order details, not the store. When I called this morning, the female associate was patient diligent and extra helpful in locating it, and the staff I saw in person today were very accommodating, friendly and understanding. I did ask the two to give my sincere apology first to their colleagues that worked the previous Friday. And to the owner of the business for the previous review… which was not warranted based off one interaction with no follow up for a resolution… forming an opinion from one experience and a biased perception guided by an already frustrated day is an inaccurate account and an unfair review that I needed to correct not just delete… what’s pinned online is a screenshot into eternity.. Conclusion of this review: My original review was written through the lenses of frustration and a false perception of the situation.. Instead of giving this issue time to resolve… I reacted quickly without having all the facts to consider… That wasn’t fair to the team, the business and definitely not the owners.

  I've got to get the kids who work here props. This store is ALWAYS busy. The employees here still remain calm, organized, professional and kind. I've seen some awful and rude customers in this store, yet the employees always remain professional and understanding. Always go here regardless of how busy they are bc the employees really are so great.
