Won’t answer their phone, won’t deliver my packages, can’t find out why because they won’t answer their phone and close before any regular 9-5 person can go in and talk to them. This is an example of how government run agencies DO NOT care about their community!

The heavyset white lady with blue eyes is truly awful to the community and no help. She was cold with me because there was a mistake with the address on my package and it was returned to this office and she refused to give me the package because she wanted me to buy a PO Box that was worth $90 or more just to receive this package, that is completely absurd and again since she refused, she told me that I have to set up a new drop off and this extremely lengthy process online. I asked her if she can just ship it to the distribution center, and I will pick it up there. She said she would which she did it incorrectly and the package is now lost! This is a valuable package. All because she just did not want to give it to me. A complete disgrace and karma will come.

The workers there are rudest people I’ve ever had to encounter , they ignored me and the guy behind me when I just wanted to ask where I could leave my packages, I had to wait in line just to ask a question and I didn’t even get a response the lady just pointed and turned to get the next person. I get the workload is bad and it’s a lot of people but getting treated like that by all workers really sucked.

I can see why they have negative reviews. It's a busy office, and some employees can't handle their frustration. It's hard to work under pressure, but it takes a lot of patience to provide customer service. Take a deep breath and don't be rude! That's all!
