She was cold with me because there was a mistake with the address on my package and it was returned to this office and she refused to give me the package because she wanted me to buy a PO Box that was worth $90 or more just to receive this package, that is completely absurd and again since she refused, she told me that I have to set up a new drop off and this extremely lengthy process online. I asked her if she can just ship it to the distribution center, and I will pick it up there. She said she would which she did it incorrectly and the package is now lost! This is a valuable package. All because she just did not want to give it to me. A complete disgrace and karma will come.

- SSSofiaAug 26, 20251.0The workers there are rudest people I’ve ever had to encounter , they ignored me and the guy behind me when I just wanted to ask where I could leave my packages, I had to wait in line just to ask a question and I didn’t even get a response the lady just pointed and turned to get the next person. I get the workload is bad and it’s a lot of people but getting treated like that by all workers really sucked.
