  I've got to get the kids who work here props. This store is ALWAYS busy. The employees here still remain calm, organized, professional and kind. I've seen some awful and rude customers in this store, yet the employees always remain professional and understanding. Always go here regardless of how busy they are bc the employees really are so great.

  Today I went into your location and had the worst experience I have ever had in any retail establishment. There were two individuals working at 6:09 p.m. One was vacuuming, and the other was counting her cash drawer. They both looked at one another, seemingly upset that I dared to walk in 20 minutes before closing for what would have been a five-minute transaction. I said hello to the gentleman vacuuming and received no response—just a blank stare. I then walked to the register, where the woman simply stood there holding the scanner. I assumed she was waiting for me to tell her what I needed. I wouldn’t know, because she didn’t greet me or ask what brought me in. As I pulled up my barcode for my Amazon return, I said, “You guys are being really rude for a place that closes at 6:30, and it’s only 6:09.” The woman at the register, seemingly surprised that I said something, responded, “Oh, I’m just hungry.” The egregious behavior of these two individuals is inexcusable. I work in a client-facing environment, and I would never respond to a customer in that manner. I would be embarrassed to come across as nasty as these two were. Neither of them needs to be working with the public, as it is obvious they do not know how to conduct themselves.

  I had an excellent experience at this UPS location and would definitely recommend it. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean, organized, and well maintained the store was, which immediately made the visit feel pleasant and professional. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient, taking the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was handled correctly. What really stood out was how easy and fast the entire process was. There was no unnecessary waiting, and the employees worked efficiently while still providing great customer service. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly focused on making the experience smooth for customers. Overall, this UPS location made shipping quick, simple, and stress-free. I will absolutely be coming back for future shipping needs.

  I mailed a wool coat on 1/16 to Providence RI, asked for it to get there by the 6 or 7th day but due to MLK day Jason said it would have to go by air next day and the total was $92.97. Jaw dropping total AND it never got there we are now reporting it lost. It was a coat for my 81 year old Mom to wear to her sister’s funeral. Do better UPS train your employees.

  This store always gives great service! There are 2 other UPS stores I could go to, but I prefer this one. Everybody who works there, is polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus this store is always clean & neat!
