Please make sure all the associates are assisting. The sweet young girl ( she has curly hair with multiple shades of brown and wears glasses) was doing all the work while the girl with straight black hair was just sitting around in the back. Which isn’t fair for 242465.

I felt either the staff were not correctly informed as to the right price and service for international shipment or that the UPS store is incredibly over priced (like 10x). Shame, as the store is convenient and am important part of our community. Will continue to go for other services, but I felt compelled to share this experience about international shipment.

I didn’t find it funny, just rude. I knew it was going to be a problem… Lo and behold, 2 weeks later my refund for the items came back denied because they were returned “broken”. Probably because she was throwing my items across the room!! Common sense would tell u not to do that!!! I wonder how many others had their items broken because shes throwing them on top of each other from a distance.. How do u work at a shipping store and u dont know to NOT throw peoples items across the room??? U dont know whats inside them… she thought it was just a big game. The Incompetence is so frustrating!
