- EEEmily3 days ago1.0This is by far the worst UPS Store experience I’ve ever had. I paid for priority shipping to send a passport and other sensitive documents. The tracking still shows the package never left the store and is “awaiting pickup,” yet employees insist it is not there and have no idea where it is. Despite losing an extremely important and time-sensitive shipment, the manager refused to issue a refund for the service I paid for. Because the package contained a passport and personal documents, I was forced to file a police report and involve the U.S. Department of State due to the risk of identity theft and fraud. No employee was able to provide any meaningful help, updates, or accountability. The lack of professionalism, security, and customer care is unacceptable—especially when handling documents this sensitive. I would strongly warn others against trusting this location with anything important.

I was not doing a normal shipment. I had to purchase an air bill to send to a title company to be used to send a signed closing package back for a home purchase. She knew exactly what I needed and got it done very quickly. Being in a Customer Service centric business myself, I can see that Heidi is a true asset to your business. Thank you Heidi for your exceptional service!
