I sent something on 9/3 via certified return receipt on my own and that piece of mail is still somewhere in transit. I spent a fortune sending the same document 2nd day from this store. I was closing in on the time window constraint and UPS didn’t show a delivery. I called this store and spoke with Becca yesterday. She just called to confirm delivery 6 minutes ago. Who does that these days? She said she was going to watch and she did. I’m grateful for both the delivery proof and the fact that someone like Becca is still elevating customer service.

Since I was limited on my ability to go to home depot (Stage 4 cancer patient) and get a PVC tube, She took it upon herself to go to home depot for me and pick up what she deemed the proper way to ship a fishing pole. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Thank you to the manager of the store. she should be commented for her action. She brings honor to herself and the store.
