- SHSam & Travis HilemanApr 10, 20265.0We had to mail 53 packages and Sherri was the best. She was friendly, didn’t make me feel like a pain in the butt for so many packages, and funny! Crystal was the cherry on top of the experience! Best post office experience we’ve had.
- LLLeslieMar 28, 20261.0I took my box there to be mailed used the kiosk and my box disappeared. I did have a tracking number given when I printed the label but nothing happened with the tracking number I called and spoke with someone and was told that I did not in fact print or mail my box there. So maybe I was hallucinating. Or maybe they shouldn't have a kiosk if they say it's not proof that you've mailed anything. Either way I'll be using UPS as much as they can suck as far as damaging your merchandise. At least the merchandise gets there right. Lesser of two evils who knows. Have used this post office for a solid 8 years. But it's just as easy to drop stuff off at UPS over in Westport square.

- GLGrace LawsonFeb 27, 20261.0CARRIE IS AWFUL IF SHE’S AT THE DESK COME BACK ANOTHER TIME. She took one look at my fiancé (she had beautiful purple hair and well done tattoos) and tried to change the price quote to ship a box $50 more than she originally told her. There was a roll of tape on the counter in the entrance, and my fiancé used the tape to close her box. She said “This isn’t Walmart you don’t go in there expecting free stuff why would you here”. The people in line even stood up for her telling her she watched her do it, she weighed it and told her one price then told her another. If you’re management and seeing this review, she needs to be reprimanded that was disgusting. 5:15pm on 2/27/26 review your tape and tell me that’s how you treat your customers. Go to another location save yourself the disrespect.
- HHHolly HesselmeyerFeb 19, 20264.0I like this one because it has the little self service kiosk, I usually use for when I sell on eBay. It's fast and easy. The post office is nice, usually a little busy anytime I've been there but they usually keep the line moving pretty fast. Great place!
