- GLGrace Lawson5 days ago1.0CARRIE IS AWFUL IF SHE’S AT THE DESK COME BACK ANOTHER TIME. She took one look at my fiancé (she had beautiful purple hair and well done tattoos) and tried to change the price quote to ship a box $50 more than she originally told her. There was a roll of tape on the counter in the entrance, and my fiancé used the tape to close her box. She said “This isn’t Walmart you don’t go in there expecting free stuff why would you here”. The people in line even stood up for her telling her she watched her do it, she weighed it and told her one price then told her another. If you’re management and seeing this review, she needs to be reprimanded that was disgusting. 5:15pm on 2/27/26 review your tape and tell me that’s how you treat your customers. Go to another location save yourself the disrespect.

Send it on Monday 2/9 paid over $11 to be delivered with tracking by Thursday the 12th. As of today 2/17 still in Jacksonville. Now I may have to drive myself to get papers certified as im running out of time for the papers to be returned. Ridiculous.
