I haven't problems with USPS for a very long time. The supervisors for this location made everything about my experience a living nightmare. I was spoken to like I was an idiot, lied to, and I even went as far as looking up procedures from the Postal Regulation Commission to show them. Even with a government website in their face, they said it was incorrect. I'm blown away by the ignorance and laziness of the staff here. With the exception of the two women working the clerk counters. I see by past reviews that I'm not going crazy. This location could use some proper training own their own procedures and people skills. If I was those clerks, I'd hate my job too.

I had an issue with a package missing and the worker I dealt with went above and beyond to make sure the problem was cleared up. She got in contact with me immediately and made sure to follow up to make sure I was happy and had no other issues. I’ve always had a great experience with this post office and this just makes me that much happier to have them here in the city.

After waiting 15 minutes in line with only one employee working the line, I had a package to deliver and I had a label and tracking number. I send off and was sent told I had to buy packing tape and tape it to the box myself. I bought the tape and asked her if she could tape it and she said no. I struggled with the tape and couldn’t get it to come out right to tape the label on the package. I’m eighty Years old, facing a knee replacement and had to stand in line all that time, and they were not courteous enough to help me. I brought the package and the tape home to try to do it myself and then I will have to go back to the post office to drop it off.
