They scan the return QR code, take the item, give me a receipt and I’m on my way. I’m usually there on a weekday after five and occasionally, like today, the weekend. Consistent professional service.

I don’t know their names The date is 1/8/26 The time is 10:11 AM they were so awesome how they displayed what team work looks like. I was just so impressed to watch them work as a team. They were awesome. I give them each a five star.

- RWRob Walsh5 days ago1.0They were extremely rude and uncaring! I'm 71 years old and had trouble opening the door to carry in a large box to be shipped. As I struggled at the door, an employee just stood there and watched me. I had to yell out, please help me. All I wanted was help opening the door, and he snapped "give me the box" several times. That box was shipped, then I brought in two more large boxes (another customer helped with the door) to ship with one pre-printed label as I was instructed by the seller of the items being returned. They said I couldn't ship it that way. When I asked about taping the boxes together, a different employee snapped that I couldn't do it at the store. There was no thank-you for my business, sorry we couldn't help you and certainly no help getting the boxes out of the store. I knew the previous owner of the store from doing business there for 20+ years. I learned afterwards that he sold it a couple years ago. I will go to a different location from now on and hope that it's under different ownership.
