When I asked for two receipts for two different packages that were going to two different people, the kid behind the counter literally screamed and yelled and gave me a hassle about wasting paper and refused my packages because I wanted two different receipts. Then, when I asked for the manager, miraculously, he stated he was a manager, which I know that was a lie because he has no managerial skills or customer service communication skills. He refused to give me the name and number of the owner Not the first time I’ve had bad experience with this situation there along with other people will never go back there will report them Would given negative star if possible . I send Beautiful out Several packages every day and tracking number receipts need to go to different people. There should be no reason why I’m not able to get a separate receipt for each package. It would be no different than if two different people came in sending out two different packages There wouldn’t be a problem then. That’s what they’re in business for. To ship out packages they acted like I was inconvenienced in them by having them press a button and print out another receipt. There were no other customers in the place and all five employees were standing around doing nothing but playing on their phones I’ve had this problem for the last several weeks will never go back there can’t get a hold of the owner either gonna report to UPS corporate cause obviously this is a franchise And they should know About these employee problems that have been going on for a while. That’s what these employees are there for to take people’s packages and ship them out all they were doing was standing around with nothing else to do. I guess that’s what happens when you hire these young kids who don’t know what they are doing for your business
