- RDRonald DuVal3 days ago5.0I am so glad that our Post Office is open till 6pm. I hated to see the office on Cochran close. I like the fact that you can get packages sent without waiting in a line. Plus that machine also gives you several different options for sending mail. Thanks USPS!! 😊😊

- KYKim Calderon YaneckoMar 31, 20261.0Promote Danny and have him provide customer service training to the rest of the staff! The line today went almost into the lobby so I used the self-serve kiosk. I put my package in the bin and because it was small, it lodged the spindle in place, no way to fix from customer side so I asked the female for assistance. She acknowledged so I went to wait for her. 10 mins later she hasn't assisted me and I wasn't comfortable leaving the package I paid $13 to ship. I went again to ask for help and she rudely stated there was only two people working and she couldn't come help me. You could tell people waiting in line felt bad for me. A customer bringing in packages, apparently familiar with this deficit, was able to stick something in the slot to help dislodge the package. This was the worst service I have every received here. Please hire more people like Danny!
