  The good: The staff is helpful. The bad: The store is busy. There is always a wait. The cost to send a package is expensive. If the post office was located closer to me I would go there.

  I just moved to this area from Texas and had to fax a very important document that included my personal information. Over a week later when I was informed the fax was never received, I realized my fax was not sent to the number that I provided. I went back and asked to speak to the manager Amanda where I was also told she was the owner. She looked at the invoice and said that it was sent to the correct number when it was clearly not. After I corrected her, Amanda became very rude and nasty with a terrible attitude. I asked for a piece of paper to complete an additional fax and she said she couldn't give me a piece of paper and charged me 18 cents for a piece of plain printer paper. One of her employees faxed a picture of my driver's license and social security number to a complete stranger and didn't even apologize, offer any compensation and acted like I was the problem. This was the worst customer service I have ever received.

  I can't begin to tell you how many projects this store has done for our business. They are fast, friendly, inviting....bend over backwards type of service. I was shocked to see some recent reviews that others have left. I MUST tell you that I have never been mistreated or received rude customer service from this location. I think at times people forget the human element of life and only see the negative. I would like to thank Dave, Amanda and their HIGHLY respectable team for the years of great customer service. I will continue to give you my business and again THANK YOU! 10 STARS
