- BZBecca Z4 days ago1.0The associate told me they do not accept boxes with logos and said I had to buy a bad to ship it in. When I asked for more explanation they said they dont accept shoe boxes. Such a rip off!

The young man that was working behind her also looked up and smiled at me. She took my return and promptly processed it and gave me a receipt. She couldn't have been any nicer. I will definitely go to that UPS Store again, when the need arises.

The girls are always helpful especially when I can't work my phone. They are efficient, diligent, hard workers! Whoever owns this store should be proud of their employees and hope they get treated with the same respect as they give to the customers. Best location and will always use them!
- DADebi AllenDec 3, 20255.0I had several items and needed them boxed and sent to the same address. I expected a wait any time in Dec. Three stations were operating with scales and clerks. I was there 5 minutes tops. It was a very pleasant atmosphere.
