They stole 11 of my mail that were gift cards. Of all the mail those mail goes missing. I was speaking to Damien with frustration coz that is $110 in gift cards. Then I have this other employee add her 2 cents coz apparently I was combative. So one is not supposed to get upset. There was no empathy, no ownership. Just go to Punta Gorda. Shame on Murdock USPS employees working there. Also Ms 2 cents, have your parents not taught you to only speak when spoken to. Its called minding your own business.

I don’t usually negative reviews, but I’ve had nothing but problems with this post office especially with the self-serve drop off box it’s always broken, full, jammed, and employees make you wait in line to drop off prepaid packages. They won’t let you leave it on the counter like other post offices. Not good management. Sorry.

if i could give this office a 0 I would. KIM refused to help me she was completely rude. Made a simple package drop off a whole fiasco. Refused to let me use some of the tape next to her computer and insisted that I purchase tape to place my shipping label on my package. RUDE LADY SHE SHOULDNT BE THERE!

I was outside in my driveway while my mailman left mail in my mailbox. After he moved along I went to get my mail and there was a certified mail slip. Didn't even bother coming to my door to try and deliver it and get my signature. On the back he marked no authorized recipient available. He did not even attempt to come to my door. If he just walked out of the van he would have seen me.
