The employees brought the horrible reviews here and the consequences. They just don't care. If you have any online mail order business they will destroy your business.

- MMMarie MalaterraAug 18, 20251.0Everytime a signature is needed for a delivery our usps lady just puts a note in our mailbox that she’s missed us and I have to fill it out for her to actually deliver my package. She never rings or knocks on my doorbell. I’m home, my office faces our mailbox and I literally have watched her sit by the mailbox and then leave. She has our package, I’m home and happy to sign but she wont come to the door to let me know I need to sign. I always just have to wait another couple days after filling out the “missed you” slip. It’s part of her job. 🙄😒

They got in touch with the center and the person goes to deliver it and they don’t even leave it. I’m not understanding why they can’t read directions and follow them.
