I can't begin to tell you how many projects this store has done for our business. They are fast, friendly, inviting....bend over backwards type of service. I was shocked to see some recent reviews that others have left. I MUST tell you that I have never been mistreated or received rude customer service from this location. I think at times people forget the human element of life and only see the negative. I would like to thank Dave, Amanda and their HIGHLY respectable team for the years of great customer service. I will continue to give you my business and again THANK YOU! 10 STARS

I just left this store and was planning on giving a bad review. I have read some other bad reviews and now I know I am not alone. The employees here are extremely nasty and miserable attitudes. It’s shocking how nasty these women are here. Completely unprovoked

Normally I will not give bad review to anyone but this UPS store on Peachland branch treated me terribly. I went on Monday to drop off 2 boxes at they call Happy drop off sport( my first time doing it) after old MARY scanned my boxes she didn't give me the receipts so I asked her if I can have the receipts. She said it with attitude " I can't create the receipts for you! ( it was humiliating me infront of a lot of people) Instead of saying nicely with the customer like" you will get and email from the company you send the product back" So I will understand and leave her alone.. Bad and Rude no customers service whatsoever!!
