She seemed very unhappy to be working and more annoyed to have to help me. I was shipping a toy helicopter, which was fragile. I told her I wanted it shipped in a box with bubble wrap for extra protection. She told me it would be $70 if I used a box. That sounded outrageous, but I didn’t argue. I reluctantly agreed she could put it in a bag which she did and then informed me she was finished with me. I asked if she could put a fragile label on the bag. She seemed quite upset that I would request such a thing. I was flabbergasted that she is a UPS store employee that doesn’t realize to put a fragile label on anything a customer says is fragile. I felt disrespected and walked out of the store in shock over how I had been treated. I’ve had multiple transactions with this particular store and have always been extremely happy with the service I received. I hope this employee gets training on positive customer service. They are hurting the business with their bad attitude and unprofessional behavior.
