The girls are always helpful especially when I can't work my phone. They are efficient, diligent, hard workers! Whoever owns this store should be proud of their employees and hope they get treated with the same respect as they give to the customers. Best location and will always use them!

There were several others in the store and she was able to multitask everyone thoroughly and timely. I am terminally ill with a brain disease and Cierra does not realize the impact she made with all of her assistance with my returns and the box I was mailing out. While multitasking she kept a smile and did not show anything except professionalism and a great attitude. I would like for her to be recognized for her tremendous job she did this morning with everyone in the store with such efficiency. Maybe a nice bonus for the holidays. Maybe a significant raise that would make a difference in her life. Because for me being a Terminally Ill, Army Retired Combat Military Police, I tend to see a lot of entitlement & unprofessionalism in Customer Service. Cierra is far beyond any of this. Please treat her well for a job well done with much overachievement. Thank you & God Bless.
