  My experience at the print and copy center was very positive today. Shout out specifically to Rose and Cameron for their professionalism kindness knowledge and helpfulness. I had a complicated printing job, and Rose and Cameron went out of their way to assist me during a rush when tensions were high! Great customer service greatly appreciated especially at the print and copy center on a Saturday 😝

  I recently used the Staples Photo and Printing Center for a very important project for our father’s funeral, and overall I had a positive experience. The staff was kind, patient, and helpful during the ordering process. They answered my questions and made sure everything was formatted correctly for printing. During such a difficult time for our family, I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help. The quality of the prints themselves turned out beautifully. The colors were clear, the images were sharp, and the finished products looked exactly how we had hoped. It meant a lot to have those photos displayed in such a meaningful way. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of the 24x36 prints we ordered was not ready in time for the service. I understand that delays can happen, especially with larger format printing, but given the significance and timing of a funeral, it was stressful to navigate that at the last minute. That said, the overall quality and the helpfulness of the staff were very much appreciated. I would still recommend Staples Photo and Printing Center for printing needs, especially because the final products turned out so well.

  Title: They turned a $25 mistake into a reason I’ll keep coming back I had one of those moments at the self-serve copier where you hit the wrong setting and watch $25 disappear. Before it turned into a bad experience, Rose stepped in—calm, professional, and completely in control. She fixed the issue immediately and treated it like it was no problem at all. Brett, the manager, backed it up with the kind of customer-first attitude you just don’t see enough anymore. No hassle, no attitude—just “we’ll take care of it.” That’s the difference between a store you use once and a store you come back to. Because of Rose and Brett, I’ll be back—and I’ll recommend this Staples in Port Charlotte to anyone who values real customer service.

  Horrible time trying to do an Amazon return. Long line. A few customers had multiple items to return and only one clerk. Thought the customer was almost done and the customer’s husband brought in another cart full of returns. The whole line groaned! I left the store without being able to do the return. Won’t be picking Staples again for a return. Happened around 12:10 this afternoon in 1/30/26. Check the cameras. Shouldn’t be allowed multiple returns. Customer should have been limited to the number of returns and asked to go to the end of the line.
