Amazon isn’t giving me the option to return my item 7 minutes away therefore, I had to drive 30 minutes to go to Staples to return my one item that Amazon screwed up on not only did I invest 1+ hours into this fiasco… but I arrive at Staples and the line is literally 15 people long people with carts full of returns spilling over the top of their carts… one person in customer service managing returns … the other employees just standing there ….absolutely unreal. I waited five minutes in the line and it didn’t move even one person. It would’ve at least been an hour wait standing in line…. Therefore, I just left. I’m driving back home. I’m not returning my item. I will freak out on Amazon over it instead…. Do not choose this place to return your items or to shop.
