  The last few times I have been at this post office I have had a good experience. Supervisor Bonny provided some good and useful information and the staff has overall been pleasant and helpful. I think this post office (at least today) deserves more than a 2.7 average.

  Very disappointing experience at this post office. As someone who is detail-oriented and business-minded, I simply asked the African American male customer service agent, clerk #81 to place my packages in the designated bin instead of leaving them mixed on the counter with other customers’ items, as I was concerned about them being misplaced. Both male agents there responded by raising their voices, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I remained respectful the entire time. When I asked for a manager, she seemed annoyed and made an assumption that I was worried about my packages being “stolen,” which I never said. My concern was simply about organization and preventing my packages from getting lost. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I don't remember any of their names but my receipts state clerk #81. The manager is a slender, Caucasian female who dresses well. A basic, reasonable request should not be met with hostility or assumptions. I hope this location improves how they treat customers.

  One of two locations within 30 minutes that will do finger printing and no appointment is accepted, walk in only. Drove a half hour, walk in, wait a half hour because there’s only one clerk at the counter, turned away because the employees are too busy. Perhaps have an appointment system then so that you are properly staffed for the service.

  We had a wonderful experience at this USPS location while applying for our newborn’s passport. Maria was incredibly kind, calm, and professional throughout the entire process. We had brought a photo with us, but it needed to be printed, and Walgreens does not print their own passport photos. Maria went above and beyond to help us — she took a new photo on-site and carefully retook it several times to make sure it met all the requirements. She also assisted us with the payment process and explained everything clearly. Thanks to her professionalism and patience, what could have been a stressful situation felt smooth and comfortable. We truly appreciate her help and dedication. Thank you, Maria! ⸻ 🇷🇺 Русская версия У нас был замечательный опыт подачи документов на паспорт новорождённого в этом отделении USPS. Мария была очень вежливой, спокойной и профессиональной на протяжении всей процедуры. Мы принесли с собой фотографию, но её нужно было распечатать, а в Walgreens не печатают свои паспортные фотографии. Мария пошла нам навстречу, сделала новую фотографию на месте и несколько раз перефотографировала ребёнка, чтобы фото полностью соответствовало требованиям. Она также помогла нам с оплатой и всё подробно объяснила. Благодаря её внимательности и профессионализму процесс подачи документов прошёл спокойно, мягко и комфортно. Мы очень благодарны ей за помощь и человеческое отношение. Спасибо, Мария!

  This has to be one of the worst run post offices in the country. I went in today to drop off a package with a pre-printed label and just needed to tape it on the box. No, they couldn’t do this for me and told me that I could buy a roll of tape. I cannot wait till the day you’re all replaced by robots and machines. Our US Postal Service is a complete embarrassment and should be completely dismantled!
