Drove a half hour, walk in, wait a half hour because there’s only one clerk at the counter, turned away because the employees are too busy. Perhaps have an appointment system then so that you are properly staffed for the service.

Maria was incredibly kind, calm, and professional throughout the entire process. We had brought a photo with us, but it needed to be printed, and Walgreens does not print their own passport photos. Maria went above and beyond to help us — she took a new photo on-site and carefully retook it several times to make sure it met all the requirements. She also assisted us with the payment process and explained everything clearly. Thanks to her professionalism and patience, what could have been a stressful situation felt smooth and comfortable. No, they couldn’t do this for me and told me that I could buy a roll of tape. I cannot wait till the day you’re all replaced by robots and machines. Our US Postal Service is a complete embarrassment and should be completely dismantled!

- BCBob CampbellJan 5, 20261.0The service at this post office is deplorable! I waited in a line there about an hour and gave up . Came back later and waited really long . The window clerks were constantly trying to find held mail , certified mail, and other items in the back . So few of the items were found . Then you get one of those little scanner things to give your feedback …. And it’s defective . Package drop off drawer often stuck . Front door ( automated ) opens and closes all day and night . So sorry these clerks have to deal with this ! They truly are doing their best . And of course the customers are grumpy . Super long waits only to not get what they came in for !
