The window clerks were constantly trying to find held mail , certified mail, and other items in the back . So few of the items were found . Then you get one of those little scanner things to give your feedback …. And it’s defective . Package drop off drawer often stuck . Front door ( automated ) opens and closes all day and night . So sorry these clerks have to deal with this ! They truly are doing their best . And of course the customers are grumpy . Super long waits only to not get what they came in for !

I came in today, didn’t know the new employees, and they were just mean. Exactly like comic strip/stand up comedy PO USPS employees. I’ve got nothing to add. Hopefully they’ll get better.

Presented utility bill, property appraiser proof, and notarized deed — all rejected as ‘not legal.’ After an hour of waiting through staff coffee breaks and badge hiding, I was finally told to pay $25 for a mailbox key and come back in 7–10 days. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Needs accountability.
