  I had a great experience with Amin at the UOS store in Pompano. After two months of not having a letter delivered overseas, it was finally returned back to The UPS store in Pompano. The only reason why I got it back was because of the persistence that Amin showed. He could have given up but he didn’t. It was like it was his own letter missing. Hats off to him and his team. Thank you again.

  Every package i have ever had delivered here has been opened and then taped shut. Every single one. When confronted they said that is how the packages were recieved. One package is whatever, but 10 out of 10 is where I call bull. Nothing is ever missing that I can tell. But every time it has been torn or cut open then taped shut again.

  HANDS DOWN THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!! I always come here when I need to send off items and buy packaging items. Amin is the best!!! He always take cares of me and helps me whenever I come. This location is the one to go to. Quick easy and friendly. Never a long wait. In and out.

  This is my go to store for any Amazon or SHEIN returns. And shipping. The staff is always so friendly. Service is fast and my refunds are issued very quickly after dropping my items off here. They have convenient hours, and they always provide service with a smile! Stop in and check them out!

  Today at this UPS location the guys here were awesome! I accidentally placed the wrong item to ship and ran back to correct the issue. Irish and the others were great in helping me find my package and re-packing the correct items! They were fast, easy and patient with me! Great job guys!!!! 👏
