I needed a quick remedy to send my payment to ensure that the vendor received it on time. This USPS office was the closest one to my hotel and to my training location. The postal clerk was pleasant and so helpful. She understood what I needed to accomplish and guided me through preparing the materials to mail my payment. I return to this area regularly for work purposes. If I have a similar issue in the future, I will definitely patronize this post office location. It was a great experience!

No way to contact them, no call answered. All the employees should be fired and manager jailed for life. Worst post office I have ever deal with.

A worker told me the manager doesn't make sure to have someone unlock the door if they have staffing issues.This is the third time I've come to check my box and couldn't get my mail because the building is locked. I chose this location 10 miles from home because it had some of the longest PO Box access hours listed on the website and I work long hours at my job. The last time was on a Saturday around 1 PM. I'm supposed to have access til 6 PM and the building was locked early. I want a refund or the service transfered to another location without fees. I'm tired of being ripped off by this place that refuses to honor their hours. They could have sent a notice by email or in the box if they were permanently changing their hours. I wouldn't have renewed. It's ridiculous because this kind of thing only happens in certain areas.
