These people are extremely miserable. Very poor customer service. If you have low expectations, lower them. Absolutely worse post office I've been experienced.

If I could leave zero stars I would this particular post office has the worst customer care as well as they do not want to do there jobs. The clerk lied to me telling me I can solve my problem on the online portal which was not true. She was very dismissive and had A nasty attitude. I have repeatedly tried to schedule for A postal worker to help me fix the issue im having to no avail. This location should be closed down or put under new management. Hands down ten out of ten do not recommend.

Subject: Concern Regarding Rude Behavior by Customer Service Representative
Dear Ms. Williams,
I am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I recently had at your branch involving one of your customer service representatives, Laura.
I have been without a mailing address for the past four months due to new construction at my residence. I followed all the necessary procedures, including completing the in-person barcode verification and email confirmation process. However, when I attempted to finalize my address change at your office, Laura refused to proceed because I did not have proof of my old address — despite the fact that it was visible on her screen.
I provided my passport as valid identification, since my California driver’s license is currently being renewed. Despite this, Laura declined to assist me in completing the address change. This incident was especially frustrating because it mirrored a similar experience she had with my roommate just two weeks prior.
Throughout our interaction, Laura was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Her attitude and unwillingness to assist made what should have been a simple process unnecessarily stressful. I believe her behavior reflects poorly on the quality of customer service expected at a USPS facility. It may be worthwhile to consider additional customer service training or assigning her to a role that does not involve direct public interaction.
I hope you will review this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure that customers are treated with respect and professionalism in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
