  One of the employees is very rude. His name is Amin. And every time I go there he made my life harder. He sucks and disrespectful. Don’t go this store

  The store is great. Irsh helped ne with faxes. We had such great service from Amin. He remembered us from a few days previous. He evev gave my wife water when he heard her cough. We'll definitely come back to him if we need assistance again. So customer oriented!

  At this location they have repeatedly attempted to charge me for Amazon returns. Whenever they would try that I would leave and go to the next closest UPS store and wouldn't you know it they just took the package and told me to have a nice day. No attempt to charge extra at any point. The last incident I had before deciding to never return I wanted to ship a suitcase. Some guy working there who was naively confident was giving me all this extra inappropriate lip until I had to check him about it. He instantly denied accountability and tried to pull the race card. This is an adult male maybe 32 years old. Completely full of himself but oblivious to the fact that even a halfwit could see through his bs. This guy then decided to charge $175 to ship that suitcase. I almost went for that price because it wasn't even my suitcase. I was just doing someone a favor and I wanted to be done with it already. Then he started with the extra talk and I asked for the manager. When I complained to the manager about him that's when the guy tried to make it about race which tells me the real racist was him. So I did what I did before and I went to the next closest UPS store and wouldn't you know it they charged $104 to send the suitcase. You tell me how on earth would there be a $70 difference. This store is predatory and I suggest you avoid it before you end up having one of these type of experiences. FYI there's another UPS Store location about 5 minutes away and they are honest and professional. Hey UPS Store I bet you thought I was going to forget about you. If you don't like what I have to say do better instead of trying to rip people off
