Refuses to give a single price of tape to close box because “corporate” told him he’s not allowed. When you hire uneducated people, they can’t see the forest from the trees and destroy decades of customer loyalty. Never using this store or FedEx again, all thanks to Rodney the Manager who thinks he can steal from loyal FedEx customers. Very foolish.
