Just asking basic information and didn't need all the attitude. I could've definitely reciprocated the energy, but its not worth it. She needs to Learn how to talk to customers calling in, I def get working Saturdays suck, but come on, BEING KIND GOES A LONG WAY. i CAN SEE WHY THEY HAVE A 2.8 RATING....LOL.
