She answered all our questions and offered assistance when needed. While we filled out our paper work, she even helped the other guests as they waited in line. She's a pro! Hire more people like her :)

I try to avoid this location at all costs and she’s part of the reason why. Skip Polk City, just drive to Lakeland where you won’t be treated like trash.

After going there for a change of address six months ago, filling out the forms ect ect, they still return to sender mail that is supposed to be forwarded to my new address! I have gone there and tried to get some answers about this problem and they only tell you what you want to hear just to get you to leave. And they have the nerve to keep getting a postage rate increase! Fortunately I pay most of my bills on line, because you can't rely on the buffoons at Polk city post office !

He explained to me that my package would be forwarded to my house sense the 12th and it was not it had to travel all the way to Jacksonville before I can pick it up. I will not go back unless I have to.
