  I have had a box at this location for a long time and frequently go to this location to serve my shipping needs. I highly recommend stoping in should you beed any services. The owner and his wife are great people and always very helpful!

  I’ve been going to this store since it opened up. JUAN and his team are excellent people very friendly very knowledgeable. I’m always treated with kindness when I go in there. They are hard-working really good people. That’s why I use this UPS store all the time.

  Staff is very disrespectful. I walked in with three Amazon return envelopes. At the time, there was one woman ahead of me being helped and no one else in the store. I stood at the counter with my packages ready and my Amazon return label open on my phone, waiting to be assisted. As soon as the associate finished helping the woman ahead of me, a Caucasian gentleman walked into the store. Without acknowledging me or saying a single word, the associate (the lady that works ther) signaled for him to come ahead of me and began helping him instead, even though I had been standing there waiting. I asked her, “Did I miss something? I’ve been standing here waiting and he just walked in.” She completely ignored me and went to the back to get another employee. When he came out, she spoke to him in Spanish and he told me the reason was because the other customer only had one item. Not only was that explanation ridiculous, but he also never apologized and was extremely rude. I told him it didn’t matter whether I had one item or one hundred. I was the person who had been standing there waiting. There was no line, and the man literally walked in while I was waiting at the counter. The associate didn’t even have the basic courtesy to say “excuse me” or explain anything before letting him go ahead of me. I’ve been coming to this location for a while, and there have been times when I only had one item while standing in line behind other people. Not once did anyone offer to take me ahead of the person who was already waiting. I also made it clear that it was not lost on me that I was a Black customer standing there waiting while a white customer walked in and was immediately helped ahead of me. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the employee became defensive and said he was tired of “you people” saying everything is racist. For the record, I never called him racist I pointed out how the situation looked. The most disturbing part is that no one apologized. The employee who confronted me wasn’t even present when it happened, he had been in the back and simply came out to defend the situation and make excuses. This was extremely disrespectful and a clear example of poor customer service. This is just lack of basic courtesy and respect. They need to learn how to treat people with respect.
