Shipped my package USPS without explaining to me that the two day delivery was not possible by UPS because it was a PO Box and not an actual address. So my two day delivery has now ended up being eight days. It was an important document that I needed to get there ASAP. The person that dealt with me left me probably four times assisting another coworker. Every time she tried a transaction he went running over and completed it or told her what to do. This person had been in the office for sometime as I had frequently this office and should have known how to handle these transactions. I believe this was the owner I was dealing with. I will not be going back.

On two separate occasions, first package is no where to be found and second package addressed to me was released to an unknown individual who falsely claimed association with me. I never authorized any third party to pick up my packages. Despite the packages being sent to the store specifically as a precaution to prevent theft, basic identity verification procedures were not followed. Both incident resulted in the loss of a $2,400 package, which is unacceptable. This reflects a serious failure in package handling, identity verification, and customer protection. Customers trust UPS Stores with sensitive and high-value deliveries. This location has demonstrated repeated negligence that puts customers at risk for theft and identity misuse.
