  I went into the UPS store to complete some ATT equipment return. It was an A++++ experience. I walked in and one agent was helping a customer and had called for his associate to come from the back to assist me. As other agent walked to the front I heard the other guy apologize for giving him the signal to go finish something in the back cause I had just walked in. I said hey if you need to finish your break or finish something I can wait. The young guy said no, I can help you no problems. He immediately started the transaction. At the end of the transaction he printed out a full 8.5x11 paper and said this is your receipt. After this print out we (this location) does NOT have record of this. Suggestion is to please take a picture of this receipt. I said - take a picture? Clearly I wasn’t focused 100% what he was saying, my fault. He patiently said, after we print this and close out, we at this store will not have any record or proof that you dropped off this equipment. Suggestion is for you to take a picture now, and that way if ATT ever comes back 1 year or 2 year down and say you never returned and now charged THEN you can go to your camera roll and grab the receipt. I was like GENIUS!! I snapped photo and took paper receipt with me. As I drove off I thought what a great experience and work ethic, customer service etc. I further went on about my day and later a memory flash back from years ago - that I think was ATT wanted to charge me for something they said wasn’t returned. I remember what a hassle that was years years ago and now this ups agent may have saved me a lot of future hassel if ATT pulls some garbage :). Thx you ups store !!

  In the plantation area had to make a quick stop to UPS which I dread long lines kill me but this one was nice neat and moving fast a employee name Harrison had 2 guns in his hand taking customers and sending them out lol loved it and her was most helpful with my shipping needs great store I will definitely make the trip for this 5 star service !!

Don’t let his youthful appearance fool you — he knows his stuff, gives 5-star customer service with a small, and goes the extra step to make sure you have everything you need — even the things you may not have realized versed telling with him!
