Had an emergency print order that required copying nearly 1,500 pages of documents, over 100 tabs, and multiple binders within a short time frame to ensure overnight shipping. Natalia and Shountrale assisted with this order and wanted to personally thank them both for their excellent service through a Google review.

Then helped me ship multiple items, trying to keep in mind the most cost effective way to send them. I could not choose the option to have printed locally and pick up so I just went into the store. I had the same exact postcard printed and they charged me $96!!!!! Over double!! What a rip off I never would’ve come into the store if I knew it was going to be double. They said it would be a “little more”. What a joke this place is. My company will never use them again

However, the general manager wearing a gray shirt was extremely rude and combative And asked me if I knew how to read Because my foot was on a purple line while I was trying to help out one of his own employees.
