  This was an extremely disappointing experience with DHL Express in the UAE and US regarding shipment AWB 9511336424 / Ref: 368493355. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the shipment sent from Dubai was never attempted for delivery in the United States, and the receiver was repeatedly denied access to retrieve the package. Communication was inconsistent and unhelpful throughout, with no clear ownership of the problem. DHL representatives involved in this case included Usman Muhammad (Tracing Advisor, Dubai), as well as prior contacts Farina Jatoi and Faizan Javed—none of whom were able to provide a workable solution. Instead, responsibility was shifted to customs brokers and the receiver, while DHL declined both refund and accountability. The result was a returned shipment to the UAE due to internal handling and coordination failures, yet DHL maintained there was “no service failure,” which is difficult to accept given the lack of delivery attempt and customer support. Overall, a frustrating and inefficient process with poor communication and zero resolution. Based on this experience, I would strongly reconsider using DHL for time-sensitive or high-value shipments, and consider Fedex as an alternative!

  Dropped a package at the outside camper. Guy working there was very nice and professional, he help me a lot, making the delivery.

  Unreasonable custom processing fees on top of all the other problems mentioned. If I have choice I avoid dealing with them to a point of not ordering from vendors that choose to ship through DHL.

  Never thought it was possible for a company to be worse than the IS Postal Service but, apparently it is. Between a 187 dollars in shipping for a 200 dollar product to be shipped and then it just sitting on hold and not being able to contact anyone cause apparently mail doesn’t run in the weekend? If you need something shipped, use anyone but DHL

  Useless company always fail to deliver, not sure how they still exist.must be competing with Evri/ Hermes on a downward spiral !? Currently I have an item in limbo possibly at the Pocklington depot but who knows ? They previously took a photo of my door, gave no notification or card but we're returning it to sender who interviened and they generated a new tracking number, it then went on a van yesterday according to tracking but did not make it to the collection point, which I had had to organise by creating an account and instructing this method. The website is poor and has bad links and is ineffective. All we want is our deliveries somehow ! Royal mail manage it 99% DHL never ! We even rang Berlin once because you returned a valuable item to sender with no contact or communication costing us hundreds of GBP pounds !
