The local branch number never answers. Stopped at the post office yesterday and spoke to the supervisor who said she would call me personally after the courier went to the lockers to track down our package… said she would call me if they were able or unable to track it. It’s been 24 hours and no call. We checked the mailbox again and STILL NO package. Bad customer service after bad customer service. A courier over a month ago said we would soon have a delivery person that cared once they hired a permanent delivery driver. Guess that hasn’t happened yet. Not holding my breath. Unfortunately we can’t control who delivers our packages, because if we could we’d stay away from USPS.

I've addressed this situation to customer service and was told the carrier was sorry and would be gentle with my mail (photos) next time... Well he wasn't, he pushed the next set of photos right into the mailbox again bending them! Then to top it off, he doesn't even get your mail to you on time, there's times he's a day behind. I know this because I can see my daily mail before it arrives. I've reached out to customer service again and nothing! It's been over a week. I guess I'm just another Susan complaining, so they don't want to fix the problem!! DO BETTER!!!!
