In the end, we were refused service because she said she couldn’t print one page or wait five minutes for us to print it ourselves, even though we were the last ones there. This was especially frustrating because we had already been waiting for her for 25 minutes. Horrible service!!!
- IIIshaanJan 31, 20261.0This is a very important federal business, and the level of disorganization here is completely unacceptable. We paid for a mailbox rekey and first came in on October 2nd. Since then, we have returned in November, December, and January after being repeatedly told that the mailbox would be rekeyed and that we would receive a call. That call never came. Months later, they still “don’t have the key.” Staff appear unorganized and unaware of what is going on. Each visit results in the same response: “We’ll call you.” No follow-up, no resolution, no accountability. We paid money months ago and still cannot access our own mail. This is not a minor inconvenience—mail access is essential, and this office has completely failed to provide a basic service. For a federal post office, this level of incompetence is alarming. Management needs to get its act together, communicate properly, and resolve issues they take payment for. Until then, this location is not meeting even the minimum standard of service.

This messed up my entire trip and now I have to pay 300 dollars more to get it same day service in Miami… I am always having issues with these people at this office! Im done with Plant City Post Office! I will drive the 30 minutes to Tampa or Lakeland from now on!
