He was such a professional, very kind, very welcoming and knew all the answers to my questions. He helped me throughout my stay in the store this morning. He stood by my side and never left me. I appreciate Nate so much. I will be back again for my packaging printing and anything else I may need at this location. I 100% recommend the UPS store for your printing and shipping needs especially the one that I am at James Redmond Highway plant city Florida. The associates name is Nate. He deserves not only a promotion. also a free lunch. He was amazing. Thank you, Nate once again for helping me today.

It’s nice to be able to be personable and still be efficient. I asked if they needed me to purchase tape to close it properly and they politely told me it was ok and took care of it for me! That might seem like a small ask but it’s the kind of customer care I look for in local businesses! Not to mention, I stopped by CVS on Alexander first to return it and they refused it because I needed to have a physical return label, they weren’t able to accept the QR code that amazon sends for returns and that also might seem small, however the QR code is sent for quick and convenient returning, so it was kind of odd! I will absolutely be coming here for all my shipping needs in the future! Highly recommend from customer service alone!
- LWLinda WrightOct 30, 20251.0Wow! Went into get paperwork notarized. The big guy with the Toronto Blue Jays hat waited on us. He asked for our ID’s, told us to sign all paperwork and open, to were he need to sign, then walked away. Several minutes later, when we were done signing he began grabbing the paperwork to sign. I then asked if there was a charge. Also had to ask another employee if they had witnesses. We needed 2 to sign our papers. He replied yes. The one gentleman was very good and had great communication skills a customer service. As for our guy, very rude, no customer service skills at all. Will never go back if I don’t have to. Notary !?! I’m sure this is not how one is to notarize legal paperwork.
