The workers are great, that’s why I always go this location. They are very patient with me and they are also very quick. The store is always clean and I never have a long wait!

Nathan at the Plant City UPS is nothing short of a local legend. I’ve never met someone who embodies customer service, dedication, and pure heroic determination quite like he does. Every time I visit that location, Nathan is moving at the speed of light—helping customers, answering questions, and somehow making everyone feel like their package is the most important one in the world. It’s clear he takes enormous pride in his work, and honestly, the place probably runs on Nathan-power alone. But Nathan isn’t just great at the job—he’s apparently capable of feats that defy both physics and common sense. One afternoon I watched him calmly wheel what must have been a multi-ton crate across the floor like it was a sack of feathers, all while politely explaining shipping options to a customer and directing three other people in line. I’m fairly certain if UPS ever needed someone to deliver a package to the moon, Nathan would just shrug, scan the label, and get it there before the end of the business day. Then there was the day the parking lot briefly turned into a Florida wildlife documentary. A startled alligator wandered too close to a customer who was just trying to ship a birthday gift. Before anyone could react, Nathan stepped in with the calm professionalism of someone who has clearly handled worse. With one hand he guided the customer safely inside, and with the other he somehow convinced the alligator to relocate to a nearby retention pond—presumably after reminding it that it didn’t have proper postage. The most impressive thing, though, is that Nathan manages all of this while remaining incredibly kind and patient with everyone who walks through the door. Whether you’re shipping a single envelope or an entire pallet of mysterious industrial equipment, he treats you like a VIP. If every UPS had a Nathan working there, global logistics would probably run so smoothly that time itself would start arriving early. In short, if you ever find yourself at the Plant City UPS and Nathan is there, you’re in the best hands possible. Your package will be handled with care, shipped at lightning speed, and—if necessary—personally defended from wildlife, gravity, and the limits of human strength. Five stars isn’t enough. Honestly, someone should check if he’s secretly three employees in a UPS uniform.

Horrible customer service. Both of the men are very rude. I'm standing waiting patiently, waiting my turn. When I'm the only one there, I'm still standing there waiting, smiling and waiting. Finally the one looked up and said Yeah? Instead of saying how can I help you? I explained what happened and needed this shipped back. Didn't say a word, then printed out my paperwork, and said, there you go. Very rude. I've been here before, and this guy is so rude. I just figured he was having a bad day, but after reading other reviews, I'm not the only one that says this guy is rude. As a plant city native, I will not be back here. I'll go out of my way to get something shipped.

I was there last week and your front desk guy was rude and nasty. for no reason. This is the third time I came in and each time she was unprofessional. He kept picking up her phone multiple times delaying our transaction. I was super annoyed and ask if she could concentrate on what we were doing and she randomly said "I HATE THIS JOB" - I was shocked. You should know that having someone like this at your center is bad for your business - i wont be coming back. Fedex might be a little more but their customer service is better. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
