- CBCiara BrownNov 26, 20251.0I visited this location recently to make a simple copy. After having trouble with the machine several times, I asked the manager on shift, Dino, for assistance. Instead of helping, the first thing he said was, “Well, it’s self-explanatory,” in a tone that felt passive-aggressive and dismissive. I explained that I had tried multiple times and kept losing money because the copies were coming out wrong. When we walked over to the machine, he said, “Well first off, it’s in the wrong place, it needs to be here,” in the same rude tone. At that point, I canceled the job and told him I no longer needed the service because of the way he spoke to me. When I asked for the corporate number, he called me “entitled” and attempted to remove me from the store instead of addressing the issue professionally. No customer should be spoken to this way when simply asking for help. I truly hope Dino receives customer service training, because his behavior was completely unacceptable and made what should’ve been a quick, simple task incredibly frustrating.
