  Vic is a nasty person,stay away from him...I came into the store on January 8th to drop off an Amazon package. I was there the previous week and the nice employee named Karen told me I needed a bag ..I didn't want to buy one and told her I would come back,when I went in yesterday I had it in a bag that I usually put it in when I make returns to Staples or Kohl's. The nasty employee named VIC told me I couldn't use that bag. I said well just forget it, I'll just keep the product. He proceeded to show me the bag I would need to buy and I said well that's great but I'm not buying it. He said its amazon rules, i said great, i wont buy a bag, he was very annoyed and told me never come back to the store, as I walked out and was in the parking lot, he ran to the door and he told me never to come back and that I needed to exercise and that I was fat. The people that were in the shopping center parking lot were mortified at this Behavior as was I.. body shaming a woman because she didn't want to purchase a bag is insane. I was warned about him from others who no longer use this location. Absolutely disgusting

  I was in the UPS store this morning. There is an Indian man that works there. He was SO RUDE to a woman in front of me. As she was leaving he started yelling at her and ran after her. This man needs Anger Management Classes immediately. I will never go in there again. His behavior was shocking and disturbing Never Again.

  The location is easy to get to. Staff is friendly and are helpful. The store I go to has recently had a remodel, and can handle more customers and feels more roomy.

  Karen helped me with a print job and ascan to email job. She was helpful and friendly. I've been to this store a few other times to make Amazon returns and they are very efficient. I've always been in and out in a timely manner.

  Amazing service from both Vic and Karen. They helped me think through the best way to approach the shipping of content in the safest and most efficient way. I was going to do it all myself but coming back tomorrow because a need their help and I value their expertise.
