- JNJaycie NicoleJun 6, 20241.0Mail lady refuses to deliver my packages, either blaming the dogs, weather, or “unsecure location”. I live on a dirt road with trusted neighbors. Have made many many many complaints and yet nothing changes as well as giving an extremely detailed report of where she can put it since her lazy behind doesn’t want to get out of the vehicle. So extremely unreliable and beginning to piss me off. This is with every package I ever have delivered UPDATE: in fact created a complaint form. And get told that their policy does “not require” a redelivery even tho those pretty little pink slips they love to give out says “WILL RE DELIVER”, on top of that got told “I will talk to her” and that it was the “first time getting a complaint about her” in fact she has multiple times if you go and read the other reviews as well as other locals with the same issues, from the same person. Extremely unreliable. On top of that!!! They are open while 80% of the population of Pinetta is at work! Either lengthen your hours or get over it.
