Called the 800 number, they gave me the same information that I saw online, after numerous attempts to call the local post office.....rings and rings and then auto hangup.....I'm not calling for kicks and giggles, it was important for me to received this package TODAY. AT LEAST PICK UP OUR CALL AND GIVE ME A CHANCE TO ARRANGE TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE BEFORE TO RETURN BACK TO SENDER!!!

So it should be a federal offense when they don't deliver it like they're supposedl this happens at least a couple times a week
