- SSSkylear Sanchez3 days ago1.0I just moved to the area and brought in a package they offered to print the label for me for $4.28 then when I asked for a shipping label receipt he said he couldn’t ship it bc it was for fedex when I said “oh I wouldn’t have waited for you to print the label if you couldn’t ship it here but I understand thank you” and started walking away he whispered “I only said it three times” very rudely in front of other customers to hear so I turned around and told him he did not and he should not be talking to clients when they turn away instead say things to their face and that he should be professional bc he works there. I definitely would like a supervisor to reach out.

The item was never opened since I received it, and the original shipping label was still on the box — yet they insisted I had to rebox it and pay over $6 more. I explained that other UPS Stores simply place the new label over the old one, but they said they didn’t care because they’re a “franchise” and can do whatever they want. It’s obvious they just want to squeeze as much money as possible from customers. Truly shameless and disappointing experience.
