I dropped it off February 9th, it's now the 17th and they still say they're "waiting" for the package. I will not be using this location, or probably ups in general, anymore.

I simply asked a few basic questions about my package, and instead of helping, they seemed irritated and dismissive. When you’re dealing with important shipments, you expect professionalism and at least basic courtesy. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. If you have any issue or need clarification about a package, don’t expect much patience from the employees. I hope management works on improving customer service because the current attitude makes customers feel like a burden rather than valued.
