  I left my driver’s license at this FedEx a few days ago, and I called ahead to let them know that my fiancé would go pick it up. My fiancé went to speak to him directly, and the manager (Alex Davila) was completely disrespectful to him and extremely rude, condescending. My fiancé even offered to do a video call to prove it’s me on the license and show proof of address, and he sarcastically said that he wouldn’t know if the video is fabricated, with this insulting smug and dismissive attitude. I mentioned I am out of town and that I need my ID back. He definitely is a corporate loser, which makes him the perfect fit for FedEx. Good job amounting to nothing.

  I was having issues with a Canva project printing correctly and had been to this location multiple times to have it addressed. Adrian was so incredibly kind and patient assisting me with correcting the design until it was printed to my liking. All staff were friendly and helpful.

  I arrived at this store 20 min before closing . I rushed to get here before closing time . It was urgent to print a document before the cruise tomorrow . The guy was extremely rude And refused to help me . He said he was the manager of the store and he could not help me at all . He also refused to give me his name . Worst customer service ever.

  Just had the worst experience at a FedEx Office... Went to drop a couple of boxes for shipping, stood in front of the counter for about 15 minutes while 4 employees where walking around not even acknowledging us. One of them was with a customer who was just printing some stuff and she could have just left the printer to do it’s work and come to us. Another employee was on the phone, hung up, looked at us and kept walking. Another employee was with a customer for a couple of minutes and then disappeared to the back of the store, and the fourth employee looked at us, didn’t even greet us and also disappeared to the back. None of them even came to us to tell us “We’ll be with you in a minute”. We simply had to leave. Worst customer service ever!
