    Tonya (?the young blonde woman) was very helpful and handled herself very professionally when confronted by a difficult (and quite rude) customer. She did her best to handle and irrational older woman berating her and I commend her for remaining calm and civil.

    Please be aware of how unprofessional the associates are at this store especially Tonya. Everytime I go to this store Tonya always has a very bad attitude as if we the customers are bothering her. I hesitate having to ask for anything because she always rolls her eyes and snatches packages out of my hand. Today I finally brought this matter up to her attention after asking her a question and she was extremely disrespectful and rude. I told her I was not going to argue with her and she should respect the customers and advised her that kindness goes along way. She did not want to even acknowledge what I was saying and she started to try to argue with me. I told her that I will not be arguing with her and that I will just file a complaint. I asked for her name and she very rudely screamed Tonya. Tonya needs more training on how to conduct herself when having customer interaction and on how to treat customers. This is not how you conduct business. I am hoping this matter does not get overlooked and she gets the training that she needs. Very poor service.
