  The initial delivery of my order was not handled correctly by RXO. I paid for White Glove delivery, but the delivery crew failed to provide it. However, just a few minutes after contacting Polywood about this matter, a gentleman named Michael (Pensacola RXO) called and said he would schedule a different crew to return to my address, assemble the items, place them where needed, and haul away any trash. He was very apologetic and helpful. Mr. Stallworth and his assistant returned and did exactly as promised. He was professional, communicated the estimated arrival, and even sent pictures once the task was completed. Nice work!

  We ordered several appliances from a local retailer. RXO in Pensacola called us right away and began communicating available delivery dates, services included and their day of delivery procedures. Everything went perfect from the professionalism of the delivery drivers to the kind and courteous attitudes of the local leaders at RXO. I even received a follow up courtesy call from Andi in Pensacola double checking that everything went smoothly which was the cherry on top of this fantastic experience. Thanks RXO and I hope you all handle all of our deliveries going forward!

  This place is a disaster. We had an IKEA delivery that never showed up. Apparently the driver “called it a day” and marked our delivery as an invalid address. We’ve gone back and forth between RXO Pensacola, RXO HQ, and IKEA and no one will take ownership and get the package delivered.

  Looks like this is a constant issue with these guys but they constantly cancel deliveries. Had two reschedules and all customer service will do is “send them an email.” Do not use these people.

  Not sure why anyone would use this service. Theres no getting in touch with anyone local. Just some one on another planet that leis about tracking as if its not sitting in front of your face.
