My package arrived at Pensacola FL PROCESSING CENTER on May 25, 2025 at 11:18 am. It was never delivered. My package was sent from Pensacola FL to Spokane, WA DISTRIBUTION CENTER and arrived on May 28, 2025 at 9:36 am. It was supposed to arrive at my home today but I doubt that will happen. Why Pensacola to Spokane?? This is not the first time a package of mine has arrived in Pensacola only to be rerouted to another distant city. There has to be a problem in the system, and I hope by posting my information it can help to identify the problem. I was unable to report this directly because the Pensacola Center online was said to be closed temporarily.

My package arrived in Pensacola 9:47pm on the 28th. It was sent to me via express priority. I should have had it at the latest on Tuesday. I have filed a claim as it has been in transit ever since. Interestingly enough what was inside was valuable. If someone is stealing packages something has to be done. This is completely unacceptable.
