The first time was to get a quote on domestic postage and the second time was me bringing in the actual envelopes. Both ladies behind the counter were personable, kind, and knowledgeable! I brought with me 47 envelopes, a fussy kid, and arrived 20 minutes before close due to a tight work schedule. Nikki handled our interaction with the utmost grace and patience! I can't say enough good things, even with my son trapezing around the lobby. She was efficient and so professional, as I requested the envelopes to be non-machinable and the postage printed individually. I am of firm belief that the folks here do great work and should be recognized for their efforts!

Like she's been out for months now allegedly.
