Everybody must be out with covid Can't get no human on the line can't put a tracking number in my phone it won't let me and there's no alternative except going to the post office. They have had my package sitting on delivery town for 7 days now with no update. Supposed to have been delivered Friday but they then said yesterday. Sorry sorry sorry business

The grounds around the building need to be better taken care of. Inside service is pretty good.

I went to the post office today to mail out my wedding invitations. The first time was to get a quote on domestic postage and the second time was me bringing in the actual envelopes. Both ladies behind the counter were personable, kind, and knowledgeable! I brought with me 47 envelopes, a fussy kid, and arrived 20 minutes before close due to a tight work schedule. Nikki handled our interaction with the utmost grace and patience! I can't say enough good things, even with my son trapezing around the lobby. She was efficient and so professional, as I requested the envelopes to be non-machinable and the postage printed individually. I am of firm belief that the folks here do great work and should be recognized for their efforts!

The ladies behind the counter seem nice, but the delivery service is awful, they've lost 2 of the last 2 checks I've been sent and nothing seems to change, for over 5 years now our mail only shows up a couple days a week, and we're always told that out carrier was out and other people were on her route. Like she's been out for months now allegedly.
