Chris w dreads that was working scanning items in went out of his way to ensure my packages needed to get where they were going. 100% customer satisfaction coming from a seller who uses the post office. He went above and beyond expectations.

Went in to deliver my packages, and the employee just straight up started chunking every single package even the fragile ones like it was a damn basketball in front of me and all the other people waiting in line! I asked if she could please be more careful and she gave me some smart-ass response about the other boxes that were lighter and not "fragile". I'm most definitely going to avoid this place at all costs next time. Very unfriendly, uncaring service.

Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting service. I came to this post office to apply for a passport and was treated horribly by an employee named Q. Her attitude was rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional from the moment I spoke to her. She showed zero patience, zero empathy, and spoke to me with clear disrespect and arrogance. She refused to properly explain the process, acted annoyed by basic questions, and made me feel like I was a burden for simply needing assistance. This was not a misunderstanding this was pure indifference and contempt toward a customer. This level of behavior should NEVER be tolerated in a public service position. If this is how employees are allowed to treat people, then management has completely failed. I left feeling angry, disrespected, and shocked by how poorly I was treated. Something needs to be done about this employee immediately.

This place is terrible if I could give them no stars I would. I PCS’d to Pensacola my wife had to send my birth certificate through the mail I signed up for the informed delivery and it was supposed to arrive by the Saturday after I got here it’s been 4 weeks now and they don’t know where it is, the address was written perfectly and everything else sent has arrived. They must’ve delivered it to Narnia because I don’t have it. So thanks now I have to order one from Germany since they don’t know how to read addresses.
