Her attitude was rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional from the moment I spoke to her. She showed zero patience, zero empathy, and spoke to me with clear disrespect and arrogance. She refused to properly explain the process, acted annoyed by basic questions, and made me feel like I was a burden for simply needing assistance. This was not a misunderstanding this was pure indifference and contempt toward a customer. This level of behavior should NEVER be tolerated in a public service position. If this is how employees are allowed to treat people, then management has completely failed. I left feeling angry, disrespected, and shocked by how poorly I was treated. Something needs to be done about this employee immediately.

I PCS’d to Pensacola my wife had to send my birth certificate through the mail I signed up for the informed delivery and it was supposed to arrive by the Saturday after I got here it’s been 4 weeks now and they don’t know where it is, the address was written perfectly and everything else sent has arrived. They must’ve delivered it to Narnia because I don’t have it. So thanks now I have to order one from Germany since they don’t know how to read addresses.
