The OIG was involved.....no resolution and now have to monitor for identity theft as essentially a month of our mail was left there. They also delivered an item to our box on our street during an active mail hold that a claim cannot be submitted for from myself or the shipper - and they just said oh well basically, not their problem. They leave packages that require signing - even after asking why that is happening - at our home, saying they are signed for...but they don't ever come to the door to ask for a signature and we do not have any forms signed at the post office stating that leaving things without signature is ok. All of these issues have been brought up/reviewed....without resolution. I suggest getting a PO Box at different USPS location to avoid the issues from this specific location if your mail is delivered from this location.
