Im so very upset and this is the most unprofessional organization or shipment I've ever experienced i would HIGHLY recommend Do Not Go To Ups n trust them wit ur things that you worked hard on to send to people you love and care about. All they offer is filing a claim which i paid 22$ for stuff in that box that cost over 75$ is not worth it and seems to more of a loss than gain. Then they have no response to where your stuff actually got sent to I mean its jus ridiculous and makes a bad name. I will never again.
