  Great experience. Emailed in the documents & forms I needed printed, and they were provided quickly and made it to the post office around the corner and mailed off to meet my deadline.

  This location and the staff are superb in so many ways! First, they move customers with courtesy quickly and efficiently. After they processed two packages for me, I thanked them and left. Unfortunately, my car then had a problem the owner’s manual says it can’t — and locked me out with my phone and keys inside. I went back in the store, and the staff (particularly Jen — a true gem!) helped me further to contact the auto club and secure a locksmith. With 90 minutes to go before catching a flight, I couldn’t have done it without them going above and beyond — not just as they did so well with my packages, but also with their customer support when my problem arose. I offer them much appreciation — and now always their loyal customer.

  UPS chose to pretend to have tried to deliver a package because it got too late and then instead of rescheduling delivery to the next day (which would have been the first actual attempt), chose to redirect the package to this location without my consent. UPS customer service is, of course, nonexistent.
