Went in today (11/4/25) around noon to return an Amazon item that I ordered. I showed the African American lady with two scoops of hair at the counter my phone. I made the mistake of not reading the instructions completely to have the item packaged. which I took accountability for. But instead of her saying this nicely, she said, “Read under the code. What does that say? Customer packaged.” In front of a store full of customers. If this location wants to stop getting bad reviews they need to do something about that employee. It’s not the customers fault that she hates her life, Job, and has no hair. I’d be mad too. But I don’t take that out on innocent people.

An absolute horrible experience is what you are in store for. The ladies there will charge you if you look at them wrong. I went in there with just an Amazon return and left with the feeling of anxiety and anger. The older ladies have a power trip, and will charge you for absolutely any services rendered. I had packed my packages myself, but because they didn't want to just process the return, they made me unpack it, and pay for the bubble wrapping that they offer. I will go absolutely out of my way to avoid this ups at all costs. Go to the one on bayou, where there are normal human beings employed there.

I initially chose this location due to its proximity and favorable reputation, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The first time I visited, I encountered poor customer service, and the atmosphere felt tense. I attempted to send a package of magnets to my family, but the address was entered incorrectly, causing the package to be sent to the wrong location. I paid to resend it, hoping to avoid further issues. However, this most recent visit was even more frustrating. My package was lost in transit, and the only compensation offered was a claim for a maximum of $100, which doesn't even cover the value of the items I was sending due to the traveling for these items. Given these repeated issues with service and package handling, I would strongly recommend considering a different location for your shipping needs.

The lady up front is the rudest ups employee I have ever came across. I won't ever be back to that location. Twice now she has been rude and answered my questions like im stupid and too much. Ive never been treated poorly as the older African American lady up front has.
