- KKKristina King2 days ago2.0This used be my favorite drop off UPS, but staff change and atmosphere change as well. (Ashley) first was in training, so I would understand she would make mistakes, but now she is unprofessional. Maybe she is tired working there. I don't know, but next time Ill be talking to supervisor about her performance. I thought employees learn not just how to do their job but also learn costumer service. She definitely need to receive more training on that matter. As I said this time I didn't say anything, but there is not going to be next time, because I will report her unprofessional behavior to management or corporate.
