    Not sure why anyone would use this service. Theres no getting in touch with anyone local. Just some one on another planet that leis about tracking as if its not sitting in front of your face.

    The one star is for the truck drivers. I’d give them 5/5 and RXO 0/5. The drivers are always polite and understanding. A month ago, I set up a return through Amazon that was unfortunately scheduled to be handled by RXO. I cancelled it in less than an hour. I attempted to call the number in the confirmation text to let them know in case amazon didn’t update them immediately, and was unable to get anyone on the phone. When the truck driver called to confirm pick up the next day I let them know it was cancelled. I got a VM from “angel” at RXO dispatch to confirm this, called back twice to confirm and could never get anyone on the phone. A month later, yesterday, I get another text from RXO saying they’re coming to pick up today. I called and spoke to a rep who confirmed the cancellation and said it would not occur. This morning the truck called again to confirm pick up- I unfortunately was in a meeting and couldn’t let them know it was in error until they got here. I got a call while still in that meeting from “Angel” to confirm the cancellation. I called back, the automated system confirmed I had an open case, sat there with dead air for 10 minutes before another recording came up to do a survey regarding my satisfaction with the resolution- after never speaking to anyone. Just attempted to call again, sat for 10 minutes and no answer. If RXO is involved with your pick up/delivery, I wish you luck.

    The RXO staff had terrible attitudes, were completely unprofessional, and the service was awful from start to finish. This company does not live up to its promises. I would not recommend wasting your time, money, or energy with RXO.

    I wish there was an option to give these jokers zero stars - the amount of unprofessionalism on display from the start was incredible. Got a TV. It was shipped via RXO. Confirmed my delivery date with them 2 weeks ahead of time. Booked the day off work so I was home to receive the delivery. Called the day before to confirm delivery was still happening. Call center agent confirmed it was. The night before delivery I received a random text at almost 10pm apologizing for being unable to fulfil delivery next day, and asking me to call Customer Service to reschedule. The call center agent happily proclaimed that they were so sorry for my issue, but not to worry - they would be happy to reschedule for the following WEEK as they are only in my area once a week. When I explained that my delivery was confirmed earlier that day, and that receiving a cancellation after business hours, meant that I was losing a day's pay (and would now also have to lose ANOTHER day's pay by having to take the following week off for the rescheduled delivery), the agent said that they would escalate my issue to the local hub, and to management, and that someone would be in touch within 24-48 hours to discuss the situation and the matter of being compensated for losing a day's wage. Three weeks down the line I have heard absolutely NOTHING. I call a couple of times a week, and the happy outside-the-US-based call center team, happily read through their script, before looking at the notes on my ticket, and telling me that they are escalating this issue. They also all either fake an attempt to contact this hub, or the hub genuinely does not answer requests and calls from customer service, because every time, they can back to tell me that 'nobody answered, but I will keep trying and will get back to you within the next 24 hours.' Of course they never call back, and the unresolved situation continues. When asking the call center to transfer me to a US-based agent, I'm constantly told they are unable to, they don't have contact info, or other absolute lies. An absolute joke of a company with regards to their customer service. Avoid at all calls, and please accept my sympathies if you buy goods from a company who ships via RXO.

    Initially, I was given a date for delivery of a range. My husband took off work and waited all day. At 6:00 P.M. we still did not have the range, so I called the company and they said that they actually did not have the range yet. we never received notification that it would not be delivered until I called the company. A week later, I was given another delivery date and it was stated that we would receive a phone call about 30 minutes prior to delivery. The window for delivery was 8:00 A.M.-8:00 P.M, which is ridiculous, that is not a window. Around 6:00 P.M. still no delivery. When i called the company, they stated that the package had been returned to their hub because we were not home. We never received a phone call stating that the range was coming. When I called the company, they stated that I would receive a phone call to reschedule. No one has called me. I have asked multiple times for a phone number or to speak to someone at the local hub, so that I can ensure they will call me and so, if we take off work again, the package will be delivered. The company puts me on hold and says that they are reaching out to the local hub, but that no one will answer the phone at the local hub. They also say that they have sent messages to the local hub, but I have never received any contact from them. Now I had a delivery date given to me today around 1:00 for Monday. Then around 3:00, I received a text telling me to schedule a delivery. I called the company again to ask what happened to the Monday delivery and all they could say was that they were overbooked. Today they said that a supervisor would call me in the next 36 hours. I have no idea when i will get my range.
