Every day, MULTIPLE postings, either by someone receiving someone else’s package, or someone wondering where theirs is. I myself received two packages, on two consecutive days, for the wrong street number, and one, not even the right street! I called FedEx to report the incompetence and apparent illiteracy of the driver. Actually talked to the station manager once, who seemed to genuinely want to fix the problem. But the problem is at the corporate level, where accuracy and accountability are a distant last-place to stock price and dividends. FedEx? More like DeadEx. Fred Smith must be rolling in his grave. Change their motto to “When it absolutely, positively has to be somewhere overnight. Maybe.”
